Who we are
SPARQIO (“we”, “us”) operates sparqio.com, a website presenting our web development, hosting and AI products and services. We are based in Singapore and comply with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
What we collect
Contact form. When you write to us we collect your name, email address, company (optional) and your message. We use it to reply to you. That’s the whole purpose.
Web2AI scans. If you use the Web2AI readiness scan, the website URL you submit and the email you provide are processed to generate and deliver your report. Payments for Web2AI Fix Packs and reports are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
Analytics. This site uses no advertising trackers. If analytics are enabled they are privacy-respecting and aggregate only.
What we don’t do
We do not sell your data. We do not add you to marketing lists without explicit opt-in consent. We do not use your data to train AI models.
Retention & your rights
Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry. Under PDPA you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time, use the contact form or email us, and we’ll act on it promptly.
Third parties
Stripe (payments, for Web2AI purchases) and our email provider (to deliver reports and replies). Each processes only what is needed for their function.

sparqio.com presents SPARQIO’s products and services. Content is provided in good faith and for general information; it is not professional advice for your specific situation until we’re actually engaged to give it.
Web2AI
The free scan and paid reports assess publicly accessible pages of the website you submit. You confirm you are authorised to have that site scanned. Scores reflect automated checks at the time of the scan; AI platforms change their behaviour and no particular ranking or visibility outcome is guaranteed. Paid deliverables (Fix Packs, AI Council reports) are self-service products delivered digitally. All sales are final and no refunds are provided.
GH-600
The GH-600 masterclass is provided free of charge, “as is”, for your own learning. You may not resell or repackage the materials.
Services
Consulting, development and SOS Desk engagements are governed by their individual agreements, which take precedence over these terms.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, SPARQIO’s liability arising from your use of this website is limited to the amount you have paid us through it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
